Local artist Lora Barrett will have a solo showing of new paintings of old Holyoke mills in the gallery at Wistariahurst Museum in Holyoke. Barrett is a long time city resident and well-know educator.

2nd-year Fiestas Patronales de Holyoke, a four-day long festival dedicated to the patron saint of the city, Our Lady of Guadalupe and includes a wide variety of music styles and genres as well as dancing, food, art and more the celebration of our culture.
