Fish, dogwoods, ephemeral flowers and birds dance among sun and shadow in her exquisite watercolors brimming with delicate colors. Come enjoy this exhibit that teems with the energy of SPRING! in the Visitor Center Exhibition Hall between March 5 and April 28, 2024.

Nutrition For Diabetes

Balancing carbohydrates are key to managing diabetes. Come learn what a “carb” is, where it is found in food, its role in the body and most importantly, how to incorporate it into your daily meal plan. There will be a One-hour education session and Q&A with instructor and registered dietitian, Marissa Chiapperino, in addition to a Two-hour hands-on cooking activity in which you will prepare and take home 4-5 recipes that align with the educational topic discussed this session.

FREE TOUR: Holyoke’s Rohan Park and its Neighborhood

Holyoke Preservation Trust is pleased to support Bob Comeau as he takes us on a 1-hour tour of Holyoke's Rohan Park and its historic neighborhood on May 4th at 11:00 a.m. For some, it will be a walk down Kirtland Elementary School memory lane.
