Creative Creature Creation

This 90 minute arts class will introduce learners to a number of different approaches to creating all manner of different creative creature creations. Learners will experiment with hand-lettering and calligraphy through introductory techniques, inking and penciling, and developing a creative letter-based style of their own design. We’ll play a fun monster mash-up drawing game, where each participant gets to create their own unique monster using shared, collaborative ideas to create different monsters and creatures. Come Explore Gloutak Woods during School Vacation Week!

CPA recently developed this beautiful parcel into public trails. Starting at 1pm, take guided tours with the Greenagers crew to see the work they did building out the trails! A 1.25 mile loop, with some steep ground. There is also a half-mile walk to a vernal pool. Available 1-3pm are kids' activities including a scavenger hunt and nature-based crafts.
