Wine Tasting – Classic Red Wines

Join Instructor Kenneth Ross to focus on classic red wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Merlot. We'll learn about them and taste red wines from throughout the world side by side to see how they're similar as well as different. Class will be held at the HCC MGM Culinary Arts Institute.
