De La Luz Soundstage:
A New Light in a Familiar Space

A beloved venue reborn—where creativity, community, and the next generation take center stage

De La Luz Soundstage is breathing new life into a space Holyoke knows and loves—the former Gateway City Arts. Located at 114 Race Street, this iconic venue is once again home to live music, community gatherings, and creative energy.

Now operated by LightHouse Holyoke, De La Luz isn’t just about entertainment. It’s a platform for youth, artists, and the community to come together through powerful performances and meaningful experiences. From concerts and dance parties to gospel brunches and community meals, the space is alive with connection.

Opening this May, Comfort Bagel will join the space with a cozy café right on site—serving up fresh flavors to fuel your visit.

Behind the scenes, the Technical Arts Institute trains the next generation in sound, lighting, and video production—giving young people real skills and real opportunities.

A legendary space with a fresh purpose—De La Luz is where Holyoke shines.
