The Explore Holyoke community events calendar highlights the arts and cultural events throughout the city of Holyoke to help plan your visit. You are invited to submit your event. Events encouraged to be submitted are art openings, dance concerts, open mic events, cultural lectures. Events not allowed on the calendar are, political fundraisers, city meetings, daily specials from restaurants and events outside the city of Holyoke.
For adults and teens. Migrant birds are now returning from various regions in the south. Join the park interpreter today, on World Migratory Bird Day, to search for birds on canals, trees, ground cover and riverside. Learn of the amazing distances they travel, difficulties they face, and how climate change is affecting them. Be ready to walk around Holyoke Heritage State Park and up to Pulaski Park. Bring binoculars. A few sets are available to borrow. A spotting scope is available for participants’ use.

This new indoor club will feature 15 fenced courts, a pro shop, and a snack bar, offering outdoor-style play with indoor benefits. Construction starts soon, with an opening planned for late 2025 near JCPenney.
