The Explore Holyoke community events calendar highlights the arts and cultural events throughout the city of Holyoke to help plan your visit. You are invited to submit your event. Events encouraged to be submitted are art openings, dance concerts, open mic events, cultural lectures. Events not allowed on the calendar are, political fundraisers, city meetings, daily specials from restaurants and events outside the city of Holyoke.
A leisurely walk geared for seniors but open to all. Join the Park Interpreter for some exercise along the streets and canals of Holyoke with informal, on-the-go interpretation. Each roughly 1 to 2-mile walk features a topic such as local history, architecture, plants, and wildlife.
Meet at the Visitor Center. Dress for the weather. Heavy rain or extreme heat cancels. Reservations requested – but not required – by calling 413-534-1723.
This new indoor club will feature 15 fenced courts, a pro shop, and a snack bar, offering outdoor-style play with indoor benefits. Construction starts soon, with an opening planned for late 2025 near JCPenney.
