Holyoke Rows is excited to offer our new FREE** community Men’s beginner rowing program this Summer. Take your fitness to the next level with 4 weeks of full body fitness on the beautiful Connecticut River. Intended for new rowers ages 18-40* as an introduction to what rowing feels like off the rowing machine and out on the water.
Wednesdays June 19-July 10 @ 5:30-7pm
