The Explore Holyoke community events calendar highlights the arts and cultural events throughout the city of Holyoke to help plan your visit. You are invited to submit your event. Events encouraged to be submitted are art openings, dance concerts, open mic events, cultural lectures. Events not allowed on the calendar are, political fundraisers, city meetings, daily specials from restaurants and events outside the city of Holyoke.
The award ceremony to the Holyoke “Key to the City” Scavenger Hunt will take place on Saturday October 28 at 1 PM on the Dwight Street side of the Holyoke City Hall. Any one that participated in the photography contest is invited to attend. There you will be given a key to the city and also get to meet with Joshua Garcia the mayor of Holyoke. Awards will be handed out for the winners in the Key to the City event. Lastly, a tour of Holyoke City Hall will be given.
This new indoor club will feature 15 fenced courts, a pro shop, and a snack bar, offering outdoor-style play with indoor benefits. Construction starts soon, with an opening planned for late 2025 near JCPenney.
