The Explore Holyoke community events calendar highlights the arts and cultural events throughout the city of Holyoke to help plan your visit. You are invited to submit your event. Events encouraged to be submitted are art openings, dance concerts, open mic events, cultural lectures. Events not allowed on the calendar are, political fundraisers, city meetings, daily specials from restaurants and events outside the city of Holyoke.
Holyoke High School North campus’ Ethnic Studies Leadership is hosting this year’s annual block party event. This is a family friendly event meant to bring the community together, celebrate diverse cultures, and create a safe space for students and the community to have fun.
What: There are many activities and vendors that will be present at this event such as; free food, a free store (clothing, toys, books, home decor, etc), vendors from local organizations and businesses, karaoke, soccer darts, knocker balls, tie-dying, flag making, and MORE!
Where/When: 500 Beech st Holyoke MA (HHS North campus in the cafeteria) on Friday, May 29th 5pm-7pm

This new indoor club will feature 15 fenced courts, a pro shop, and a snack bar, offering outdoor-style play with indoor benefits. Construction starts soon, with an opening planned for late 2025 near JCPenney.
