Holyoke Public Library and Mitra: Healing Centered Yoga present a free yoga series for all adults regardless of experience, ability, race or gender.

Whether you would like to participate from a chair or a mat on the floor, Angelica will meet you where you’re at:

Yoga offers a way back to the body, the breath, and to the inner wisdom that has always been present. My role is to hold space with care, clarity, and respect, so others can reconnect on their own terms.”

Yoga mats and tools provided. Registration encouraged, but not required.
