Holyoke 150th Commemorative Book
This unique colorful book includes our Holyoke history, the City Hall dedication, all community events throughout the year, and highlights the Masquerade Ball and the closing of the Time Capsule.
The Explore Holyoke community events calendar highlights the arts and cultural events throughout the city of Holyoke to help plan your visit. You are invited to submit your event. Events encouraged to be submitted are art openings, dance concerts, open mic events, cultural lectures. Events not allowed on the calendar are, political fundraisers, city meetings, daily specials from restaurants and events outside the city of Holyoke.

The American Legion Post 325, in collaboration with the St. Patrick’s Committee of Holyoke with the assistance of the Grand Marshal, Colleens, and other Award Winners, will perform the annual raising of the Irish flag at the JFK Monument, at the intersection of Appleton and Sycamore Streets.
DJ O’Connor will be the master of ceremonies, and Reverend Michael Twohig will perform opening prayers. Parade President John Beaulieu will speak along with State Senator John C. Velis and State Representative Patricia Duffy. Reception will follow at Post 351, St. Colby Drive, Holyoke; all are welcome to attend.
