Vegan Cooking – Ramen with Umami

Who doesn’t like ramen? Dive into this course and learn how to make delicious ramen bowls. We will discuss the term “Umami” and how to use it to our advantage. The ramen will be broken down into its three main components: the broth, the noodles, and the toppings. We will familiarize ourselves with ingredients such as flavorful miso, savory & spicy bean paste, and the powerful shiitake mushrooms. We will pair the unique noodle bowls with a crisp wakame salad a creamy matcha ice cream for dessert. You will leave this course wanting more.
