When the stars were out and the wind danced through the trees like a whirlwind serenade.\nAnd so\, music was in my bones. Life’s mysterious undercurrents made sure of that.\nWrestled an alligator\, fought a tornado\, and been everywhere twice. Ran away with the circus when I was 16 and spent a few years as a tent rigger. Started writing songs when I was hiking the Appalachia trail. Thoroughly convinced I’ve been reincarnated and landed in the wrong decade. I write a lot about the mountain I grew up on. Spend a lot of time in corners talking to myself.”\nSong Links: https://open.spotify.com/track/3EJnVeutnaoGlikPCqAnlb…\nhttps://open.spotify.com/track/0o1GVJXhM66Mls5a0ZdVcY…\n2) Jared Fiske\nJared is best known for his work as a solo performer and songwriter\, and as a member of the popular Americana/rock outfit “The Casters”. Lemkey fuses an ethereal and yearning energy with an evocative modern indie-folk-pop sensibility. During the isolating pandemic winter of 2022\, Lemkey decided to finally embark on the journey of writing and recording his first ever full length solo LP\, which was released in April 2023.\nSong Links: https://open.spotify.com/track/3BjdBVNOQuPkQpmijQcbfF…\nhttps://open.spotify.com/track/0yuIVXce2OqVpCg4hsAHrI…\n4) Dylan Patrick Ward\n“He’s funny. He’s also as serious as an ax-handle.”-Peter Mulvey\nKnown for songs that are by turns heartbreaking and laugh-out-loud funny\, Dylan Patrick Ward is a Vermont-based singer-songwriter whose sharp lyrics and sweet melodies present the world in all it’s absurd and tragic glory.\nHis empathy and candor have drawn comparisons to the Mountain Goats\, John Prine and Randy Newman\, and since arriving on the scene in 2021\, he’s become increasingly respected and recognized in the worlds of both folk and underground music\, and has played respected venues such as Club Passim in Cambridge\, MA.\nSong Links: https://open.spotify.com/track/10HZsfEwXhuz0OtXgub6dk…\nhttps://open.spotify.com/track/0AYP0BsocIYKc13mvJDMxW…
